We had booked our East Europe River cruise through Leisure Holidays World. Right from the start, I found them professional, in the sense of communicating, arranging briefing meetings, keeping customer informed of the costs and escalations if any due to likely delay on our side. While the cruise per se was cut out by Avalon, Leisure Holidays World, was tasked to plan our onward / return flights, pick up and drop at airports and city tours at the first and last port of call. What comes out first, which was noteworthy was the commendable communication with customers, from start to finish. That, instilled the confidence that a fall back option is there in case of any issue. Ms Ghazala handled the sudden cancellation of our confirmed air tickets professionally and ensured we met the cruise requirment. Hats off to her for that. Her team kept us informed of who wld be picking/dropping us from/to the airport. The veh provided were excellent and did not have any serious issues. They reported, at all times, as scheduled. The guides provided for our city tour were professional and good. Overall, we had a very comfortable holidaying, thanks to Team Leisure Holidays World. We had been on this trip namely Danube cruise organised by Avalon group We enjoyed the trip immensely The arrangements were super and coordinated very well with the support staff of the various ports on the way The guides were excellent and knew perfectly well what they were doing The buses that were arranged were very comfortable To summarise we would say the trip planned by Leisure tours under the guidance of their executive Thank youGhazala was excellent and would certainly recommend future travelers to go with these tours
